Richland board votes on bids for new school projects
The Richland School District Board met to review $7.5 million in bids for the Sequoia Elementary School in the northeast. Superintendent Lyle Mack warned against off-campus facilities due to liability and state guidelines, urging use of existing sites until the 2005 completion.
