Mrs. Lucy Banvelos reported her car stolen from 438 West Ash in Shafter. Police traced it to Mexican Colony and then spotted a 17 year old with marijuana found after he discarded a bag under a gas meter. He was sent to juvenile authorities in Bakersfield.
