Action Delayed Until May on Aquatic Lake Funds
The California Water Commission in Santa Rosa delayed final action for one month on Kern County's five and a half million dollar grant request for the Buena Vista Aquatic Recreation Area near Buttonwillow. A May meeting in Visalia is planned after the Davis Grunsky Funds Committee requested more study of legal details. Delegation led by Supervisor Vende Webb and Assemblyman Ketchum's aide accompanied Kern officials to the hearing.
