Offenders to Choose Fine Jail or Driver Instruction Course
Kern County judges Bakersfield Evening High School and the Kern County Safety Council launch a six week driver instruction course as an alternative to fines or jail. Campground Improvements Planned at Isabella Lake
Congressman Harlan announced final Army Corps approval for Isabella Campground upgrades at the lake shore recreation area.
