Mary Clark wife of Charles A Clark born December 8 1828 in Columbus Chenango County New York. Married March 24 1850 moved from Ohio to Pennsylvania then Iowa settling in Pleasant township Hardin County. She joined the Presbyterian church early life and was known for charity. Survived by husband two sons Albarn L and Derrick R both married and living in Pleasant township. Three brothers Geo C Daniel and William Myers. funeral May 15 1904 at residence New Providence Cemetery followed by large procession.

Rev E P Barker Dies After Lifelong Ministry
Rev. E. P. Barker of Morning Side died Sunday morning May 15 1904 at age 77 years 6 months 11 days. Born in New Jersey December 4 1826 he followed his father Enoch Barker into the Baptist ministry. Ordained at Rush Pennsylvania he preached there Shamokin and after 1857 moved to Illinois locating in Naperville then Town Eldora and Dakota before years in Sioux City concluding a life of missionary work and service to others.
