Porter party plans Colorado summer with attorney son

Porter and daughter Hortense will spend summers in a Colorado mountain resort and return west with Mr Porter to Boise City Idaho where his office is. John Lamprecht recently graduated from Iowa State University with high honors and is now a practicing lawyer, arriving in town Tuesday and likely to stay through the summer. Man charged in attempted assault on seven year old girl

D J Fitch of Union was arrested by Officer Edgar and charged with an attempted incident involving Blanche Bates, seven, at 6508 South Fifth Street. Bates alleges Fitch put hands on her in an outbuilding. Fitch denies the charge. Fitch, held by Bates, pled not guilty at arraignment in Justice Peek's court. hearing set for this afternoon.
