The ruling says jurisdiction exists only through mailed catalogs but the firm has no property or agents in Iowa, so it cannot be forced to defend itself there.
Mrs. J. Cramer has been ill with the grip this week. Granville Stevenson spent Sunday south of Steamboat Rock. The ladies aid of the M. E. church met with Mrs. Fred Passmore Wednesday. We are told Mr. Edick expects.

Damascus lodge Albion will handle services with interment in Marietta cemetery. A Masonic escort accompanied the body to Eldora station this morning and pallbearers will come from St. Aldemar commandery.
