Captain William G. Lingo Dead in St. Louis Home

Captain William G. Lingo died at his home 3036 Magnolia in St. Louis yesterday morning. He leaves a widow and five children and two sisters, Mrs. Milo Blair and Mrs. Mollie Spahr. Born June 11, 1842 in St. Louis, he spent his career in Missouri river steamboating until navigation ended. He was highly regarded in the trade.
