Mrs Frank Monroe entertained a group of ladies on Tuesday afternoon at her West Sixth street residence for a French euchre session. First prize a hand painted dish went to Miss Edna Crenshaw, second prize a cut glass finger bowl to Miss May Hawkins, and third prize a handsome handkerchief to Mrs Harvey Smith.

In another case Mrs. Campbell of Saline county sues Mrs. Melvine to recover balance on a judgment against Mr. Corum, her former fiancé and Melvine’s husband.
