Former student body president Robert Macfarlane warned campus debating club members that ASB membership fees must increase unless student activities are curtailed. He stressed stadium debt is funded separately and that football funds most activities. The current $10 annual fee allocates $4 to the stadium, $1 to hospital maintenance, with the rest supporting activities. athletics received about $22,000 from fees last year, while expenditures reached $74,000, covered by general receipts to games.
