He plans to nominate another stand pat candidate, whose identity he will not reveal. Wayfarer Pageant Plans May Tryouts at UW Stadium
The Wayfarer executive committee announces tryouts for Embryo Wayfarera and related roles to be judged May 20 at 2 p.m. in University of Washington stadium. Women may recite the opening Understandings speech and possibly "They Come" if rehearings occur. Men compete for Wayfarer Wise Men and shepherds with specified speeches, judges evaluate from stadium end. Singers from any region may audition for solos, choosing among four selections.
