Junior Commandos Serve Seal Beach Salvage Drive

Red Cross Plans For Disaster In Orange County

Sleepy driver crashes into electric pole on Ocean boulevard
John B. Dunlap of 221 Sixteenth street Seal Beach fell asleep at the wheel Wednesday afternoon while driving east on Ocean boulevard between Sixth and Seventh streets. His car crossed the boulevard and struck an electric light pole, but he escaped serious injury and was treated at Community Hospital. Chief Lee Howard investigated the accident.

The Women's Emergency Organization of America announces its first grease collection this Thursday afternoon to aid the government.
