Seal Beach Adopts War Time Tire Protection Plan

A sticker form will be issued for 500 car owners, with the Chamber of Commerce distributing them. Rationing Board To Meet Regularly Friday Mornings
Regular meetings of the Rubber Rationing Board are set for every Friday at 10 AM in city hall venues. Applications for tires and tubes may be filed anytime and reviewed at meetings. The board can issue only 25 percent of monthly quota per week and new rules bar recaps or retreads for passenger cars. No tires for A W S. no tire certificates for aircraft ground crew members.
