Corbin Industrial Development Agency okays 2013 14 budget
CIDA approved a 2013 14 budget of 149470 in a 4 2 vote at a Thursday morning meeting held at the CIDA Southern Kentucky Chamber office on Depot Street. Bruce Carpenter noted the budget is about 10000 less than last year with city funding cut from 50000 to 25000 and sponsorships sought to bridge the gap. He said daily and monthly monitoring plus flexible adjustments will occur as commitments from partners firm up after a City letter disclosed the cut.
