Zoo-B-Q Fundraiser Showcases Local Auxiliary Spirit
On a warm Indian summer night the Zoo-B-Q at the city grounds drew hundreds of friendly attendees. The Zoo Auxiliary earned praise as the best looking group while joking about thrift, décor sourced from Hawaii, and a plan to grow the zoo with funds raised. Co chairs Mrs John Siebold and Mrs Bud Fuller led a notable lineup of volunteers including Mrs Bernard Erskine and Mrs Frank Fogal.
