Stagebrush Barn Ends as Bus Stop Closes Era for Scottsdale Players
Final Bus Stop performance marks end of Stagebrush Theatre on Ball Park Plaza. The Scottsdals Community Players, dating to 1952, plan a new Stagebrush on Second Street across from Saloma School after raising over half of a 100000 goal. The old shed has hosted plays, one acts, readings, and summer programs amid leaky roofs and no restrooms.
