Scottsdale School District Superintendent Charles C Holt earns 19 800 annually making him the county’s second highest paid administrator behind Phoenix Union High School District’s Dr Howard Seymour who receives 24 333 33. The district serves about 20 375 students in 16 elementary and three high schools with a 1963 64 budget of 9 645 998.
