Dance Journey of Jeri Johnson Echoes Shirley Temple
Johnson, a Phoenix dancer, recalls starting at age three and performing with the Rockettes in New York in the late 1940s. She describes changing routines, taller dancers today, and her global study tours from Japan to Hong Kong and Bangkok. Her students range from 3 to 65 in Scottsdale and Sun City, with family ties to dance across generations.
