Frank Rangel, 27, becomes the first SFH client placed in a regular job and a own apartment. He works as a dishwasher at Finch's restaurant, with HUD Section 8 rent aid. SFH aides guide budgeting and banking as Rangel learns to live independently while maintaining his new job, home, and social life.
