Scarsdale residents can join a wide summer recreation program directed by Sal J Prezioso. Entries for a Chamber of Commerce tennis tournament close today. Tennis four courts at Scarsdale High School run July 1 to September 1. Wynmore Park offers a free court until September 15. Free tennis instruction for beginners at high school courts July 1 to September 1. Tennis clinic July 10 at 10 a.m. with Vincent Richards. Archery horseshoe badminton and table tennis offered free with equipment. swimming trips to Playland and bus trips to Polo Grounds and Ebbets Field planned. Summer play schools run July 12 to August 27 at Greenacres and Edgewood Schools.

Village Manager Reeves Newsom reported to the Village Board that three weeks of the trial period show sixty two percent of parkers use nickels for the hour parking, while pennies cover the twelve minute periods.
