Redeemer Lutheran to Break Ground for New Building
Ground breaking for the first unit of the Redeemer Lutheran Church of Scarsdale will be held at the southeast corner of Murray Hill and Post Roads. The event includes a 2:30 p.m. reception at the Women’s Club lawn, a 3:00 p.m. service with Rev William F. Sunday as guest speaker, and a 4:00 p.m. ground breaking on the church plot. The Dutch Colonial structure, designed by Herbert A. Matz, follows eighteen years of church history led by Dr Russell Auman and now under Rev Dr Altman K Swihart.

Second Rabies Vaccination Clinic Schedule and Attendance
The second anti rabies vaccination clinic will be held tomorrow June 14 at the water department maintenance plant on Palmer Avenue between Mamaroneck and Secor Roads. Last Saturday 205 dogs were vaccinated despite rain. Those who missed last Saturday may come tomorrow between 1 and 2 PM without another appointment.
