He is president of the National Students Assn representing the United States. Greenburgh Adopts 1951 Town Budget at Public Hearing

Ruling Limits Nocturnal Driving For 17 Year Old Licensees
The new rule allows only 17 year olds with licenses issued July 1 this year to drive after dark. Those licensed after that date are prohibited from night driving. Junior driver regulations appear on the back of the licenses.
