Scandia Adopts Electric Service Contract with Kansas Power
The City of Scandia Republic County Kansas approves a five year contract with The Kansas Power Company to furnish electric energy for the Municipal Water Pumping and Street Lighting System. The ordinance directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement and sets terms for delivery measurement price and rights of way.
