Highway Robbery on Road Near Jewell City
Roy Wallin a cattle buyer from Hamburg Iowa was robbed Sunday on highway 14 south of US 36 of 499 dollars by two men in a Ford V8 with no license plates. They shot through the windshield with a .38 revolver and fled after taking the money. Republic County authorities were notified.
