Pend Oreille Lake sits about two feet below normal summer high and could fall as much as nine more feet by late November per Albeni Falls supervisor Steve Clark. Man From Cutbank Collapses Hit Highway 200 Near Sandpoint
John P. Parker 46 of Cutbank collapsed while hitchhiking near Highway 200 two miles west of Sandpoint. He was hospitalized at Bonner County General Hospital after sheriff deputies and Hartman Ambulance responders arrived. Parker reported a heart condition and chest pains and was listed in stable condition.
