FBI arrests man for false information on Hughes Air West flight
The FBI says Orval J. Gordon of Wilmington California, 39, was arrested in Boise on a false information charge tied to a threat about a pistol on a Hughes Air West flight from Los Angeles to Pasco. He is held in Ada County Jail with a 100000 dollar bond. The case cites federal law against conveying false information or carrying a weapon aboard an air carrier. A separate two day closed hearing by a professional practices commission reviewed charges against John Riddlemoser, superintendent of the Mc Call Donnelly School District, with findings to be reported to the state board of education.
