Four Men Charged In Hay Burning Plot
Four men from Royal City and Othello Washington were indicted by a Franklin County grand jury on October 27 and charged with conspiring to burn haystacks in Franklin County in August 1970. The case links to a August fire in Grant County destroying over 80 haystacks. Norbert Drouhard and Jack Koelzer are also charged with making false statements to the grand jury in April 1971.
