Audie Murphy Chapter Receives DAV Charter in Sandpoint
The Audie Murphy Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans was chartered in Sandpoint in a ceremony led by State Commander Gordon Geiger and National Service Officer Cecil Ditwiler. Gene Palmer, a double amputee and DAV leader, was praised for organizing the group which has 19 charter members. New officers include Cmdr. Andy De Conte and Sr. Vice Cmdr. James Putnam. Bulldog Bench Plans Banquet and Award Balloting
