Mrs Tullah Hanley widow of oil millionaire and arts patron charged with operating a disorderly house and corrupting the morals of minors over the Hanley Creative Youth Club a $300000 center opened six months ago arraigned on $1000 bond. The club housed art from the Hanley collection robbed in 1968 and later recovered.
