Notice of an election to create the Bottle Bay Sewer District in Bonner County Idaho to be held at Bottle Bay Resort from 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM on Tuesday November 9 1971. Voters will elect five directors and define district boundaries along Pend Oreille Lake extending from Sec 29 T57N R1W to the shoreline.
