Sandpoint police recovered about $2000 worth of items stolen in several larcenies over months. Items include a $400 transmission from Alpine Motors and four tires from Herman's Automotive Center, plus a dictaphone, knife throwing set, tape deck, and tapes. Two juveniles released to parents. one juvenile also linked to Alpine burglary, automotive center theft, and other incidents. Sand Point Planning Commission Backs Comprehensive Growth Plan
