Farmers Rally for Parity and December Strike in Idaho
About 350 farmers ranchers and agribusinessmen gathered in Burley Idaho where Lonnie Arbuthnot spokesman for American Agriculture urged a December 14 strike to protest the 1977 Farm Bill. He said parity would fix prices to protect purchasing power and urged farmers to halt buying and selling and display parity signs on equipment.

Plane Crash Victims Identified in NW Washington
