They were charged with mailing a threatening note to the FBI and BPA to extort 1 million dollars, with related items including a map, a typewriter, and a duck caller found in the car. The case includes damaged BPA towers earlier targeted by dynamite. Judge Burns scheduled a preliminary hearing.
