Sandpoint Hosts 85 Legislators for Fall Meeting Kickoff
President Wayne Goin announced Sandpoint will host over 85 legislators and North Idaho Chamber members beginning Monday November 16 at the four day Fall meeting. A luncheon at the Pastime Banquet Room will formally welcome dignitaries with a morning coffee hour at Schweitzer Ski Basin and a forest highway project tour. The afternoon program includes a Schweitzer Basin film, Boundary County Report, talks on forest products by Elden Knoff and on the Salmo Upper Priest Lake controversy, followed by a reception for Governor-Elect Cecil Andrus and a banquet at the North Shore Convention Center.
