Shopping center awaits water study before proceeding
A 100000 square foot shopping center project north of town waits on a water supply study by Stevens Thompson and Runyan to determine supply options. The study, due by year end, will decide if water comes from the city or Northside Water and if delays occur. James R. Watson & Associates, based in Orange, Calif, develops the center with national and local tenants eyeing mid 1975 completion.
