Fort Lewis housewife Mrs. Fred Maxwell will receive a Pacific Lutheran University degree at the University of Idaho commencement to share her daughter's completion of a special education degree. The unusual scheduling solution came after calls between Tacoma and Moscow arranging the Idaho ceremony. A PLA degree will be conferred during the Idaho commencement.
