Idaho Man Found Guilty in Involuntary Manslaughter Case
A seven woman five man jury found Ernest Belwood Jr. of Laclede guilty of involuntary manslaughter without gross negligence in the December 24 1969 collision that killed Bernal Oylear of Polson Montana. Sentencing set for Monday June 1 at 4 p.m. by Senior District Judge James G Towles in Wallace.
