Campbell Sues Idaho Forest Industries for 275000 Damages

John Campbell and his wife Sherry sue Idaho Forest Industries in U S District Court for 275000 alleging the firm damaged their Bonner County contracting business. Campbell says he was to be its franchised dealer for package homes and sold about 20, but claims faulty design and workmanship. He alleges liens placed Dec 30 against homes to secure a personal note harmed his reputation.

County School District approves two year contracts

A motion for a two year contract with salary at least the current level was approved at the County School District 82 trustees meeting for Superintendent Dr E Wayne Likens and Assistant Supt Mike Lamanna. Their salaries stay the same with increases tied to budget. The vote was unanimous.
