Blaine resigns Idaho post says no-fault bill failure not reason
State Insurance Commissioner John Blaine, 51, announced his resignation from the $18 000 a year post and said he will move to the private insurance industry. He called the no-fault bill failure disappointing but noted a watered down version would have hurt Idahoans more.
