Bonner County commissioners chair Harold Anselmo announced a special meeting Monday at 1 30 p m with Burlington Northern Railroad officials and Idaho Public Utilities Commission staff to address year long complaints about trains delaying Sandpoint crossings. The visit by J G Heinsjo of Spokane follows Senator Jim Stoicheff warnings of possible state action. Heimsjo notes repeated crew notices failed to curb delays. Community complaints have persisted for a year.
