A coroner's inquest into the death on U S Highway 95 at Colburn last Tuesday raised serious charges against the Sandpoint Police Dept and its procedures in the 24 hours before death. The seven member jury heard testimony amid attendance by 15 to 20 people while the mayor and city council were absent.
