Sheriff Wilcox and wife sue over recall campaign actions
Bonner County Sheriff Robert H. Wilcox and his wife sue John V. Strode of Westmond in First District Court for up to 175000 in damages alleging two months of harassment under the guise of legal process. They seek 25000 for the wife and 100000 punitive plus 50000 for the sheriff with other relief. The sheriff declined to comment.
