Expo Exhibit Reopens At Expo 74 In Boise
Idaho's Expo 74 exhibit, revised and updated, will reopen Saturday with new display items and staff to answer tourist questions. Bridge Crash Damages Hope Area North Side Bridge
A grain-hauling tractor-trailer crashed into the north side of the Strong Creek Bridge near East Hope in the early hours on U.S. Highway 2. No injuries were reported. Investigating deputies said Gunderson Trucking Co of White Earth and Pack River Lumber Co. trucks met from opposite directions. the Gunderson trailer struck the bridge, causing major damage to the trailer and bridge abatement while the Pack River truck remained undamaged. The grain load was removed before recovery.
