Talks in Paris Planned to Return Okinawa to Japan
UPI reports the United States and Japan aim to finalize an Okinawa return agreement in Paris during the OECD conference around June 8. Secretary Rogers will meet Japanese Foreign Minister Aichi to resolve remaining issues including a VOA station, reconnaissance planes, and the Okinawa claims payment.
