Ernest J. Young of Bank of America proposes a fund raising plan at a Miami luncheon co hosted with Clifford Buck and Arthur Lentz. The idea increases an initial $100000 gift by a percentage of travelers cheque commissions from April 1971 to September 1972 to meet a $10 million budget and keep U S athletes competitive.
