Boat Rides Away With Children After Collision at Bridge
A Spokane man Chad Johnson and his two children Charlene and Gavin were aboard a small boat that struck a bridge piling on the Pend Oreille River near Weencoe at 10 30 p m. The unmanned craft carried the children to shore while Johnson clung to a piling until rescued. Rescuers later saved the children and Johnson at the scene and all were checked and released from Bonner General Hospital.

Beach To See Hydroplanes At Sandpoint Beach
