Heavy Snow Warning For Idaho Looms Friday Morning
The National Weather Service issued heavy snow warnings across Idaho with 4 to 6 inches expected by Friday morning. Only the lowest valleys in the Southwest and West Central Idaho may miss the snowfall as a Pacific storm system moves inland over the Northern Rockies. Gusty winds up to 30 to 40 mph are forecast in favored areas, with snow changing to diminishing showers by Friday evening.

Disaster relief bill moved in Idaho Legislature

One Dies In Auto Mishap In Idaho Area
Samuel Fred Miller, 85, of Spokane, died after a one car crash on U.S. 95 near Careywood. Sheriff reports say black ice caused the vehicle to lose control, cross the highway, go airborne, roll, and he die about two thirty in the afternoon at Bonner General Hospital Sandpoint.

Fasson Defends Missile Test Plan in Montana Hearing
