Thornton McGhee a 53 year old Sandpoint man was arrested on a hit and run charge after a two vehicle mishap on November 11 near Pine and Florence Streets He pleaded not guilty to the hit and run and paid fines on driving without a valid license He posted a 75 dollar bond set by Magistrate Ralph Mills of Bonners Ferry for the third charge and denies striking a parked car owned by Phillip Gordor 27 Sandpoint with a truck involved in the incident.
