The Idaho State Board of Nursing and the Idaho State Board of Medicine will hold hearings under Idaho Code Title 67 Chapter 52 on January 28, 1972. The 11 00 AM session at the Auditorium Highway Department Boise invites written testimony by mail or in person. Hearings aim to adopt rules for expanded nursing roles and revise licensure criteria. Butcher Finds Shiny Object While Cleaning Geese

Air Pollution Plan Unveiled in Pocatello and Idaho City

First Time In 50 Years Two Justices Seated On Supreme Court

Iberia Caravelle Crashes in Rainy Ibiza, All Aboard Dead
An Iberia Caravelle carrying 104 people crashed on a 1515 foot hillside near Ibiza while en route from Valencia. Rescue teams reported no survivors as heavy rain hindered recovery. The flight lacked first class seating and included several foreigners and possibly infants. No cause yet, but no technical failure found.

Computers Costing Less Producing More in Idaho
Boise Idaho UPI state funded computers cost less and yield more says Acting Director Robert Lenaghen. Seven non educational computers were cut to five and three by year end with conversions underway. Rent dropped from 510 000 to 410 000 monthly. Univac 494 IT center moved from State Office Building to IBM 306 40 now runs 500 programs. Agency charges fell from 210 per hour to 69 per hour.
