Beaudry of Clark Fork is sentenced to three years in the Idaho State Penitentiary for parole violation with six months jurisdiction to the court. He was arrested January 13 and represented by Don Swanstrom. he awaits transfer in Bonner County Jail.

A Dover man Gilman Gibbs 38 was crushed between a carload of poles and a crane at the Joslyn Manufacturing Pole Yard in Sandpoint He was rushed to Bonner General Hospital where his condition was listed as satisfactory The yard foreman said the physician found no broken bones but possible internal injuries
